Large orders, or custom items such as bronc noseband halters, Beaded halters or anything personally customized to the buyer require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. Your order will not be added to the list until the deposit is received for the items stated above. The longer you delay payment, the longer the wait.Wait time is typically approximately around 8 -12 weeks give or take from the date the order is placed! ( this date is the date the deposit or measurements is placed ) However, this is subject to changes. The orders are completed in the order in which they where placed! Due to COVID 19 and the restrictions on the Post Office we will only be mailing halters out 1 day a week (Thursdays) . so please just be patient we have not forgot about you You will be sent photos of your item(s) when complete, remaining payment (if not paid in full) must be received in 7 business days. Which is an allotted grace period to allow customers to get finances in order. If you have not paid up by the end of this period it is my right to offer the item(s) for sale to the public. All items are average QH sizing, they are not guaranteed to fit every individual horse! If you feel your horse is larger or smaller please let me know so we can make the perfect fit for your horse!

All pricing is for standard tack, additional customizations including but not limited to additional lengths, additional widths, additional dye colours, conchos/buckles (on tack that does not already include that in price) is subject to added cost.
